I want to be marshmallow!

I am now the member of a health and fitness center.

my husband calls in the middle of the night just to hear my voice.

not enough no longer ambushes my confidence. but adult acne does.

and my happy son is back.

I dwell in the convenience of a fantastically uneventful life. my hands swimming frantically between they need, I want and we have to without much enthusiasm or appetite yet with a great sense of accomplishment. cooking, grocery shopping, vacuum cleaning, taking care of my children alone. the little things, the ordinarily things, the most important things.

So good of you to relish the little victories. Enjoy! :)

so glad to hear your little one is feeling better!!! a while ago, i was somehow able to figure out what was really nagging at me; i felt i was lacking in the 'accomplishment' department. what i couldn't see at the time was all of those little victories, as ninotchka put it. it will always be an uphill battle for me, but having such an awesome group of women bloggers like you out there certainly helps to keep things in perspective for me, and provide me with the most well timed wake-up calls!

Good for you for joining a fitness club! And I'm so, so happy to hear that things with Sean have taken a positive turn.

(White toothpaste does wonders for acne.)

I crave an eneventful mundane life. I get glimpses of one every once in a while but it never lasts long.

Glad things are going well :).

This is a concept that I have a hard time getting my husband to understand, the little things we do that mean so much. What you do for your family is just as important as what your husband does. You sound so happy in this entry. Check my astuce beaute on my blog, I have a few zit zappers that work. if not, call me and let's talk.... Bises.

I'm glad to hear the news that your son is back to his old self. And hurrah for the fitness club membership! Are the instructors Beautiful People? I went downtown to ask about the membership fees of a fitness club downtown. there was a girl sitting in the corner; I asked her if they had a leaflet or soemthing. She goes, "Oh, you should talk to John about that. John? John!"

And out comes John... the most handsome instructor in the world. I would do all the situps in the world for him.

I should really start saving...

Hey - we must be going through the same hormone cycle or something...I just started regular exercise myself (and Weight Watchers again!) and Harrison has been happier than he's ever been for the last month or so. It all feels good, doesn't it?

Isn't it crazy how kids can come in and out of those difficult phases so quickly? I'm glad to hear Sean is doing better. You are reminding us all to relish the everyday things, and that's a good thing to remember. Time flies by too fast to not do that really...
